Responsible for: Create &; Execute Recruitment Marketing System: Talent Market Research, Acquisition, Brand Building &; Strategic Sourcing Channels
Working relationship: Lead HR Ops &; Global Talent Management Recruiting Team〔4-6 people)
Key result areas: -Top Talent Acquisition
-Managing Recruiting Expenditure
-Efficient Organization &; Use of Strategic Recruitment Channels
-Raise Brand/Talent Attraction
Key tasks: Strategy, Planning &; Execution of all Recruitment Activity
-Talent Market Research,
-Sourcing Channel Strategy &; Management
Core skills Language: English-Fluent 〔All-Around)
Presentation-Public Speaking 〔Bi-Lingual)
Report/Proposal Writing
Soft Skills-Leadership Quality
People, Task &; Time Management
Mulit-National Environment Experience
Work Experience 10+ Years Related Recruitment Leadership Experience in Local MNC or Overseas a Must.
Experience with Oversight/Mgmt. of Global/Multi-National Talent in China
Education &; Background MA or above
Candidate in Late 39-45 yrs of age
MNC/Fortune 500 Enterprise-Corporate Experience〔in China)
Team Leadership Experience
Knowledge of Local &; Global HR Marketplace: Recruiting Channels, Labor Laws, Market Standards, etc.
